Standard Cancellation

• 24-48 hours notice: Full refund available
• 12-24 hours notice: 50% refund available
• Less than 12 hours: No refund available

Premium Services

• 72+ hours notice: Full refund available
• 24-72 hours notice: 75% refund available
• Less than 24 hours: 25% cancellation fee applies

Emergency Cancellations

In case of medical emergencies, natural disasters, or other unforeseen circumstances, we may waive standard cancellation fees. Documentation may be required.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days and returned to the original payment method. Please note:

• Credit card refunds typically appear within 3-5 business days
• Bank transfer refunds may take 7-10 business days
• Cash payments will be refunded via check or bank transfer

Non-Refundable Items

The following items are non-refundable:

• Processing fees and administrative charges
• Third-party service fees
• Gift cards and promotional credits
• Services already rendered or partially completed
