Welcome to LabBuddy ("we," "our," "us"). These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of our platform, which facilitates medical test bookings, home collections, and price comparisons for diagnostic tests such as CT scans, X-rays, blood tests, and other related services.

By accessing or using our website, mobile application, or associated services (collectively, "Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our services.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use this Platform. If you are under 18, a parent or legal guardian must manage the account and test bookings on your behalf.

2. Services Provided

LabBuddy acts as a digital intermediary between users and partnered diagnostic labs. We do not conduct tests ourselves or provide medical advice. Our platform allows you to:

• Compare diagnostic test prices across certified labs
• Book appointments with or without home sample collection
• Access digital test reports securely
• Receive health reminders and offers

3. User Registration and Data Collection

To book a test, you may be required to register and provide personal information including:

• Name, contact details, and address

The platform may integrate with third-party services such as HDFC (payments), Google Maps (location), or WhatsApp (communication). LabBuddy is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or performance of these third-party platforms.

12. No Medical Advice Disclaimer

The Platform is intended for diagnostic test bookings and related logistical services only. It does not provide medical consultation, treatment, or professional healthcare advice. Always consult a qualified medical professional for health concerns.

13. Data Accuracy and Pricing

While we make efforts to maintain accurate listings, LabBuddy is not responsible for pricing discrepancies, outdated availability, or typographical errors. Final confirmation is based on the partner lab's systems.

14. Communications and Notifications

By registering on LabBuddy, you consent to receive transactional and promotional messages via email, SMS, phone, or WhatsApp related to your appointments, reports, offers, or health alerts. You may opt out of promotional communications at any time.

15. Dispute Resolution and Grievance Redressal

For any concerns or complaints, please contact our support or grievance officer.

We aim to resolve issues within 15 working days. If unresolved, disputes shall be settled by arbitration in New Delhi, as per the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.

16. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any legal disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in New Delhi, India.

17. Changes to Terms and Conditions

LabBuddy reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or notifications on the platform. Continued use of the services after such updates constitutes acceptance.

18. Entire Agreement and Severability

These Terms, along with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and LabBuddy. If any provision is found invalid, the remaining provisions will continue to remain in full effect.
